Production Engineer(s) I and II, Molding (Florence) - Cameron Craig Group (Florence, AL) in Muscle Shoals, Alabama For Sale

Providing daily technical support for the molding processes in the plant;
Addressing internal and external customer complaints;
Conducting investigations, root cause analysis, determining countermeasures, and documenting;
Ensuring that all project milestones are tracked and completed on time;
Conducting initial mold trials and supporting mold trials, including domestic and international travel;
Supporting Manufacturing in the purchase, install and start-up of new equipment;
Leading or participating in continuous improvement activities.
Education: 4-year degree required; Engineering, Industrial Technology, or similar disciplines preferred.
Required Skills:
Internship to 2+ years of related manufacturing experience;
Injection molding certification preferred, DC Wilson, Paulson, or similar;
Multi-color molding and robotics for automotive industry preferred;
Analytical, organizational, project management and problem solving skills;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
